No way.....it can't already be the middle of February can it? Wow where have I been the last month and a half? Oh yeah at the gym and in my car! LOL With the basketball season under way for all three kids, it seems we are always rushing here or there. This is when I wish we lived a bit closer to the base, but I really don't mind being so busy, keeps me out of the kitchen! LOL The boys started basketball in January and all I can say is that even though I enjoy being a sports mom, I sure do miss the Blue Springs youth sports program. The boys (all three of them) are enjoying playing basketball and I guess if they are having fun that is all that matters. Clark is enjoying being able to coach Mason's team this year!! :)
Just last week I chaperoned a field trip with Mason's and one other second grade class to a cookie factory, and then to Cassabianca's for lunch! It really was a fun day and it was really fun to see how the factory made cookies. The kids were all super good and considerate while walking around the factory. One thing I noticed was one of the workers touched the cookie dough without wearing gloves. Don't think Italy has food health regulations! The cookies were delicious regardless!! :)
A couple of weekends ago, some neighbors invited us to Colorado's. This is a huge family entertainment center. So much fun when we learn of some place new and exciting! The boys had a blast playing video games, trying to earn tickets for prizes, playing lazer tag for the first time and riding a mechanical bull! This place also has a resteraunt and a bowling alley in it. SO MUCH FUN!!
